    Ipomea purpurea? In many languages "Thread of life". For many it is running thin nowadays. N.B. The seeds contain a psychedelic.

    Thank you. I think it is a different flower from what you describe http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ipomoea_purpurea I don't know it's english name though..
